Body Balance

Just got back from the gym. Decided to do the body balance class, it's like a mix of yoga, pilates and strenght training. It was good and quite tough.
Having some lunch in a mom, just some soup and one or two hardbreads with cheese, nom.
Ok micro owen started making noise now so guess my soup is done.
 I'll be back later!
